Produce in Abundance

The word on the Market floor is that there is plenty of produce available.

Mangoes and stonefruit have increased in volume and the quality is fairly high all round. More exotic varieties are also starting to appear in larger quantities.

Lettuce and most salad vegetable varieties are in abundance. Sweet potatoes are good value at the moment - just in time for those deliciously spicy summer salads!
